There is a big difference between “trying” a bunch of fad diets and committing to a new lifestyle. Most people have “tried everything” yet committed to nothing. A healthy new you requires a healthy new lifestyle. Is it hard? Hell yes it’s hard! If it was easy, everyone would look like a fitness model! Anyone that tells you it’s easy to; eat clean, exercise regularly and look/feel great, is either a genetic freak of nature or is flat out lying! It is hard, very hard, but we can all do hard things and the outcome is worth it.

Most of us have realized that pretty much everything worthwhile includes some level of challenge and a great deal of effort. But is living a healthy new lifestyle even possible? For you? Absolutely. You simply have to decide, every single day, which is more important… the short term satisfaction of eating & drinking junk, or the long term satisfaction of having the healthy body of your dreams. While so delicious at first, the junk typically includes a bit of belly discomfort and possibly even some guilt. Resisting junk feels like severe deprivation at first, but includes a level of pride at your will power and even more dignity as your body gets healthier. It is 100% possible.
